Goa Carbon announces Key Managerial Personnel

Goa Carbon announced that pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules there under, the following existing personnel were designated / classified as whole-time Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company:- Jagmohan J. Chhabra, Whole-time Director (designated "Executive Director")
- Purushottam S. Mantri, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
- Krishnan Balaraman, Sr. General Manager (Finance) - Chief Financial Officer.
