On conversion of warrants
Tree House Education & Accessories announced that the Committee of Board of the Company at its meeting held on 20 June 2014 has accorded its consent for allotment of 245,200 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 212.60 aggregating to Rs 222.60 per equity share to the promoter Rajesh Bhatia and Geeta Bhatia jointly on conversion of 245,200 warrants of Rs 222.60 each.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
