Reliance Industries, Yes Bank, HDFC Bank January 2019 futures most active
The Nifty January 2019 futures traded at 10805, a premium of 25.20 points from the Nifty's closing of 10779.80 in the cash market.
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment was Rs 21.62 lakh crore compared with Rs 15.22 lakh crore reported in the previous session.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index rose 49.95 points or 0.47% to settle at 10,779.80.
Reliance Industries, Yes Bank and HDFC Bank were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.
Reliance Industries January 2019 futures traded at 1122.65, compared with spot closing price of 1118.10. Yes Bank January 2019 futures traded at 179.80, compared with spot closing price of 178.70. HDFC Bank January 2019 futures traded at 2119.90, compared with spot closing price of 2107.
The January 2019 F&O contracts expire on 31 January 2019.
