VA Tech Wabag allots equity shares

VA Tech Wabag announced that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board at its meeting held on 01 December 2014 allotted 1,26,700 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to the eligible employees under the prevailing ESOP Schemes of the Company.
