Veto Switchgears & Cables has allotted 7,87,855 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each on 23rd May 2018 to employees/directors of the company pursuant to exercise of Stock Options under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015 ('ESOP SCHEME 2015').Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital has increased to Rs. 1,91,14,955 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.
