For project comprising of User Fee collection rights at Hyderabad Outer Ring Road
IRB Infrastructure Developers has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Hyderabad Growth Corridor (HGCL) for the project of 'Collection of user fee through an agency purely on temporary daily basis for Hyderabad Outer Ring Road for a length of 158 km in the state of Telangana, India'.Key highlights of the Project are as under:
1. This gives the Company User Fee collection rights on temporary basis at Hyderabad Outer Ring Road.
2. The Contractual amount for the said Project is Rs. 87 lakh per day for such period as may be agreed between HGCL and the Company.
3. The toll operation will commence by 23 May 2018 subject to the compliance of statutory formalities viz. submission of performance security, signing of contract as per the LOA.
