Vishvprabha Ventures proposes rights issue aggregating Rs 4.41 cr

Vishvprabha Ventures announced that on 26 November 2021 the company's rights issue committee approved the issuance of 14,70,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 30 per share (including a premium of Rs 20 per share) for an amount aggregate Rs 4.41 crore to all the existing shareholders of the company on rights basis.
