Karur Vysya Bank clocked volume of 3.13 lakh shares by 12:54 IST on BSE, a 2.13-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 68,000 shares. The stock rose 0.21% to Rs 332.70.
Stride Arcolab notched up volume of 3.79 lakh shares, a 1.89-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2 lakh shares. The stock rose 1.77% to Rs 892.50.
United Breweries saw volume of 1.10 lakh shares, a 1.71-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 64,000 shares. The stock rose 2.16% to Rs 793.
NTPC clocked volume of 12.37 lakh shares, a 1.36-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 9.12 lakh shares. The stock rose 2.83% to Rs 139.85.
Apollo Tyres saw volume of 11.11 lakh shares, a 1.16-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 9.56 lakh shares. The stock rose 3.38% to Rs 84.10.
