Volumes jump at PI Industries counter

Gayatri Projects, Magma Fincorp, Mahindra CIE Automotive and Kajaria Ceramics are among the other stocks to see a surge in volumes on BSE today, 30 October 2017.

PI Industries clocked volume of 11.83 lakh shares by 14:15 IST on BSE, a 104.66-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 11,000 shares. The stock jumped 8.76% to Rs 819.90.

Gayatri Projects notched up volume of 14.44 lakh shares, a 29.81-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 48,000 shares. The stock rose 0.64% to Rs 195.15.

Magma Fincorp saw volume of 3.22 lakh shares, a 24.32-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 13,000 shares. The stock declined 0.28% to Rs 175.50.

Mahindra CIE Automotive saw volume of 2.11 lakh shares, a 14.79-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 14,000 shares. The stock rose 2.64% to Rs 250.90.

Kajaria Ceramics clocked volume of 1.22 lakh shares, a 9.03-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 14,000 shares. The stock gained 0.58% to Rs 688.
