Wockhardt allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Wockhardt announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 32,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each in their meeting held on 20 October 2014, pursuant to the exercise of employee stock options by employees under Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

Pursuant to the above, the paid up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 550,039,515/- (110,007,903 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 550,202,015/- (110,040,403 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
