Hindoostan Mills gets High Court approval for scheme of amalagmation

Appointed Date for the scheme is 01 April 2013

Hindoostan Mills announced that the Hon'ble Court of Bombay vide its order dated 10 October 2014 had sanctioned a Scheme of Amalgamation between Hindoostan Technical Fabrics, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company. The appointed date for the Scheme of Amalgamation is 01 April 2013.

Further, Hindoostan Technical Fabrics being the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and no new shares are required to be issued by the Company and there is no change in the capital structure of the Company.
