Yes Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Yes Bank has allotted 2,23,150 (Two Lakh Twenty Three Thousand One Hundred and Fifty) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on April 8, 2016 under the YBL ESOP & YBL JESOP V/ PESOPII.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,20,53,16,410 consisting of 42,05,31,641 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,20,75,47,910 consisting of 42,07,54,791 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
