7.5 tons of drugs seized in Iran

Iranian police seized 7.5 tons of narcotics in Saravan city in the past two months, Fars news agency reported Wednesday.

Saravan is on a crossroad of international drug transit route linking the drug hub Afghanistan to other countries, Xinhua quoted him as saying.
