AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal Tuesday pulled up a young and newly-elected party legislator accused of molesting a woman during a noisy celebration outside the house of the defeated Congress candidate.

Kejriwal denied Dharmendra Singh Koli molested the woman, calling the charge "completely wrong".

But he said, "(What) Koli and his team did was completely wrong."

He said it was not correct to burst firecrackers or dance in front of Congress leader Veer Singh Dhingan's house in Seemapuri area.

Koli, who won by over 12,000 votes, has been accused by Dhingan's wife of molesting her after he stormed into the Congress politician's house.

Kejriwal denied Koli molested the woman. "The allegations are wrong. Totally wrong. We will warn him (Koli) and tell him not to do such politics."

Kejriwal advised Koli to learn from his late sister Santosh Koli, who was a staunch AAP supporter and died in a road accident.

Police have not called Koli or questioned him yet. The case was registered at Seemapuri police station Monday night.

The incident allegedly took place Monday afternoon, when a rally was brought out after Koli's victory in the assembly elections.

The rally started from Nand Nagari area and when it reached Dhingan's house, Koli's supporters danced and bust firecrackers.

Police said Dhingan told police that Koli and his supporters misbehaved with his wife when she opposed them. She also gave a written complaint to police.
