French striker Kevin Gameiro, who recently joined Atletico Madrid for four football seasons, said it is "very important" to work for the team and score goals.
Gameiro, who moved from Sevilla on Saturday, spoke of his happiness after taking part in his first training session with Atletico on Tuesday, reports Efe.
"I'm very excited to come to this great club," the French striker told Atletico's official website.
"I know that we are going to compete in all the competitions. It's a new challenge for me and I hope it goes well," Gameiro added.
