A 20-year-old auto-rickshaw driver has been arrested on the charge of raping a 7-year-old girl in a village on the Delhi-Gurugram border, police said on Tuesday.
Police said Kamal of Dundahera village, situated on the old Delhi road, lured away the minor and committed the crime at a deserted place on Sunday.
Police had formed 20 teams to crack the case and finally zeroed in on Kamal after a cousin of the victim said she saw him lure her away, a senior police officer told the media here.
The victim has been admitted to a hospital.
