Bartoli crowned Wimbledon women's singles champion

France's Marion Bartoli won her maiden Grand Slam, beating Sabine Lisicki of Germany in straight sets in the women's singles final of the 2013 Wimbledon Championships here Saturday.
Bartoli won 6-1, 6-4 in an hour and 21 minutes.
Bartoli, seeded 15th, became the second Frenchwoman after Amelie Mauresmo, who lifted the title in 2006, to win the premier grass court event.
