Actor Imran Khan has worked with Milan Luthria in "Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobara" and says working with a big director is a huge benefit as he enhances your performance.
"This is the first time I am doing such a big, mainstream commercial film. I am working with such a big director for the first time and I found it to be a great benefit. The way they direct your performance and enhance it, it is such a great asset for an actor to have that support," the 30-year-old said here Friday while promoting the film at a radio station.
"Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobara" is a period gangster drama and also stars Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha. It is a sequel to 2010 hit "Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai".
Imran is scared about audience's response to the film as he believes a sequel leads to higher expectations.
"When you make a sequel, expectations are high. We are very scared because the audience loved the first movie, so we have to live upto that expectation. You are always afraid about whether people will like it or not, will we be able to live up to that or not," Imran said.
"Whether we have done that or not, honestly I cannot say but I like the film and hope people will also like it," he added.
It hits the theatres Aug 15.
