Blast in Manipur, none hurt

Suspected militants triggered a bomb blast here Sunday, minutes before the start of the Republic Day parade, police said. No one was reportedly injured.

The area where the bomb went off is close to the official residence of Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh.
