Civilian injured in Pakistan firing on LoC

A civilian was injured on Thursday near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district as Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire, police said.

Sushil Kumar, son of Satpal, resident of Sarya (Janghar) in Nowshera sector, was injured when he was hit by a sniper shot from across the LoC near Ashoka border post, police said, adding he has been taken to the Army Hospital in Nowshera.
