Villarreal head coach Fran Escriba said on Wednesday that the Spanish football club respects Zurich, its first opponent in Group L of the Europa League, who they will face on Thursday.
The Villarreal coach said at a press conference that there will be rotations in the line-up due to the high number of matches that the team will face in the next three weeks, reports Efe.
On the participation of Villarreal in the Europa League after losing less than a month ago in the UEFA Champions League qualifier, he explained that despite their elimination the team has already turned the page.
He added that Villarreal are now focused on the Europa League with high hopes.
