Director Karan Darra, who is gearing up for the release of his next film "Disco 82", says he made a conscious decision not to feature established names for the movie as it is "heavy on content".
"I consciously decided to not go with established names for this film because its a film that is quite heavy on content and we wanted fresh faces for the respective characters," Darra said in a statement.
"Disco 82" will throw light on the underground party culture, dance music scene and more.
Talking about the film's music, Darra said: "The music of the film is quite interesting since its a film based on dance music, we will have top DJs from across the world to contribute to the film in some way."
The film features Amol Parashar, Akshay Oberoi, Rahul Chabbria, Vipin Sharma, Arif Zakaria and Ashish Verma.
