Rapper Drake complimented actress Kat Dennings on Twitter, but it didn't go well with his fans.
The fans targetted "The Scream Team" actress on the social-networking site, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Talking about the incident, the 26-year-old said: "Drake was super nice and said something on Twitter about me, but I didn't realise that happened."
"When I got home, I had, like, 50,000 new followers on Twitter and then I looked and they were like, 'F**k you, Kat Dennings!' and 'You can't take Drake from me, he's mine.' I'm like, 'I'm literally not trying to take Drake from you.' And then I realised what had happened."
Drake even wanted to invite the actress for his birthday last year.
"I'm gonna invite Kat Dennings. I'm in love with her. She's really funny. But I think she's dating someone," he had said.
