Getafe football club announced on Tuesday that Argentine coach Juan Esnaider will succeed Fran Escriba, who was fired after poor results in La Liga.
Esnaider returns to Getafe as he has served as an assistant to coach Michel in the last five rounds of the 2008/09 season, when they managed to save the Spanish team, reports Efe.
Then Esnaider held the same position in the 2009/10 and 2010/11 seasons.
Getafe are currently in the 19th position in La Liga with 28 points, while Esnaider will try to help the team avoid relegation in the upcoming six rounds.
