London, April 25 (IANS) Rochelle Humes, member of girls band The Saturdays, is sad that her husband Marvin Humes' music group JLS is splitting up. She feels their break-up is the "end of an era".
Marvin and his bandmates J.B. Gill, Aston Merrygold and Oritse Williams announced the news, Wednesday.
"I'm a big JLS fan. I am very sad it's the end of an era. What an amazing run. I'm so proud. Four genuine best friends," Humes posted on Twitter reports contactmusic.com.
They are to split in December at the end of their five-year record deal with Epic Records. They will finish their time together with a farewell tour and an album entitled "Goodbye: The Greatest Hits".
Humes, who is expecting her first child with Marvin, isn't the only person upset by the announcement.
One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson is disappointed too.
He tweeted: "Sad to hear about JLS. Wish them all the best of luck in what they go on to do."
The Wanted star Nathan Sykes wished the boys all the best. He posted on Twitter: "Sad to hear about JLS. Some of the nicest guys in the business. Good luck to them all in the future."
