Big B wraps up 'Satyagraha' shoot (Movie Snippets)

Mumbai, April 24 (IANS) Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has finished shooting for upcoming political drama "Satyagraha" in which he plays an activist.

"It's a wrap on the film 'Satyagraha' today (Wednesday). Film shooting over, releasing August 23," Big B posted on Twitter.

Amitabh's character is said to be based on activist Anna Hazare. Directed by Prakash Jha, "Satyagraha" also features Arjun Rampal, Kareena Kapoor, Manoj Bajpayee and Amrita Rao. The film has been primarily shot in Bhopal.

Hard Kaur happy with rap culture in Bollywood

Rapper Hard Kaur is happy that a lot of Bollywood songs have included raps in their songs and it has become popular among the masses.

The singer, who has rapped in movies like "Johny Gaddar", "Ugly Aur Pagli" and "Patiala House", always wanted to expand the reach of the genre.

"I always wanted to educate people about hip-hop music. The best way to introduce more people to the music is through Bollywood, which helped me to spread the fever of hip-hop and rap music. I have been here for five years and I see so many people trying rap already," Kaur told IANS.

The singer was at Radio Mirchi 93.3 FM's campaign Bol Story Bol here. The channel distributed audio books marking their 11th birthday.

'Fukrey' team to visit Google office

As a part of marketing and promotion initiative, the leading stars of "Fukrey" will visit Google office for "IPL Hangout" Thursday.

Directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, "Fukrey" stars Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh and Ali Fazal. The movie is slated to release June 14.

Google India's new property called "IPL Hangout" is a live show that allows fans to enjoy prime time entertainment between the matches on the official IPL YouTube Channel.

This is the first time Google has come up with such an initiative and "Fukrey" is going to be a part of it.

"Our Fukro ki Toli will be visiting Google office tomorrow (Thursday). 'Fukrey' is a film about these boys aspiring to go to college. Google then is the ideal place to look out for cool colleges," producer Ritesh Sidhwani said in a statement.
