KOD to launch 'Wizwits' at ShowShaa Theatre

Live entertainment destination Kingdom Of Dreams is ready with a new musical fantasy stage show "Wizwits", for children and families. It will be staged at its second venue - ShowShaa Theatre - here.

Set in a madcap wonderland of the Poo Pot hotel, a vacation hot spot for children, "Wizwits" is said to be funny and magical.

Scripted and directed by theatre artists Lushin Dubey and Bubbles Sabharwal, the show, which will be launched Sep 2, takes the young viewers and families through a roller coaster ride in which a fantasy world, peopled with fantastical and magical sorcerers and characters, comes alive.

It is the third in the series of stage shows produced by Kingdom of Dreams, after Bollywood musicals "Zangoora: The Gypsy Prince" and "Jhumroo - Jhoomo Nacho Gao".

Viraf Sarkari, director, Kingdom of Dreams, is happy to launch the ShowShaa Theatre and a new production at the grand venue.

"I am confident that the visitors to this magical destination will once again fall in love with this show and this multi-purpose venue, ShowShaa," Sarkari said in a statement.

The ShowShaa Theatre is a multi-purpose venue inside Kingdom of Dreams. It is a state-of-the art MICE venue, which can be a 250-seat auditorium in the day for corporate functions, while its automatic recessing seats can also transform it into a banquet hall in the evening for social functions, and a glitzy high energy night club on the weekends.

The stage is 60x40 ft complete with revolves, hydraulic stage lifts, fly bars, Kirby flying systems, light effects and live-size LED walls that create a 3D effect.
