The national capital experienced a warm, pleasant Friday as the maximum temperature settled at 24.6 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year. Light rain is expected in the city Saturday, the Met office said.
"The skies will remain partly cloudy tomorrow (Saturday), parts of the city may get rain in the afternoon," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 23 and 11 degrees Celsius.
Friday morning was nippy as the minimum temperature was recorded at 9.2 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
Delhi experienced a warm Thursday with the maximum temperature recorded at 24.5 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year, while the minimum was 8.2 degrees Celsius - three notches below the season's average.
