Man shot dead while partying in Delhi

A 39-year-old man, who was involved in three cases of attempt to murder, was shot dead and his three friends were injured in an attack by a rival group during a party here, police said Thursday.

Rajeev alias Bunty went for a party at his friend's place in north Delhi's Subzi Mandi area late Wednesday.

A group of men barged into the house and opened fire at Rajeev and his friends.

Four people, including Rajeev, were taken to a hospital where doctors declared him dead. The other three are recuperating.

Police said the assailants have been identified and were being traced.
