Modi meets Advani

BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi Sunday met veteran party leader L.K. Advani and held a series of meetings with party leaders.

Modi, who led the Bharatiya Janata Party to a thumping victory in the Lok Sabha elections, met Advani at his Aurangzeb Road residence here.

A party leader said it was a courtesy call and that they also discussed the formation of the new government.

Modi as well as BJP president Rajnath Singh also met several party leaders over government formation.
