Morocco's King Mohammed VI has strongly condemned the "cowardly" missile attack that targeted Saudi Arabia from Yemen.
"I want to express to you, on the behalf of the Moroccan people and myself, my strong condemnation and total rejection towards this cowardly act of aggression that tried to undermine the integrity of your country and the security of its citizens," Xinhua news agency quoted the Moroccan King as saying in a message to Saudi King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud.
He reiterated Morocco's solidarity with Saudi and its full support for all the measures it undertakes in order to preserve its security and stability.
The King also vowed his country's total commitment to the duty of Arab solidarity to defend the sovereignty of Yemen, its national unity and territorial integrity.
