IT solutions provider Mphasis registered a net profit of Rs.184.7 crore in the quarter ended September 30 of current fiscal 2015-16 compared to Rs.160.2 crore clocked for the like quarter in 2014-15, Mphasis announced on Wednesday.
The company's net profit rose by 15 percent in Q2, an increase of Rs.24.5 crore, Mphasis said in a regulatory filing.
Mphasis total income from operations in Q2 rose to Rs.1,557.5 crore against Rs.1,464.9 crore recorded in the last quarter.
The company owned by HP incurred a total expenditure of Rs.1,372.8 crore in the quarter under review over Rs.1,304.7 crore registered in Q2 2014-15.
