Nine killed in Kabul suicide attack

At least nine people were killed and 13 injured on Saturday in a suicide attack near Afghanistan's defence ministry in capital Kabul.
According to Kabul police chief Abdul Rahman Rahimi, a bomber blew up explosives near the compound's entrance gate, in the Pul-e-Mahmood Khan area of the city, Efe news reported.
The bomber had targeted ministry personnel, a security official said.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
