Hockey India (HI) has brought on board National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) as the principal partner for the Hockey World League (HWL) Final to be played at the Raipur International Hockey Stadium from November 27 to December 6.
This year, India along with Argentina, Great Britain, Canada, Belgium, Australia, Germany and Netherlands will vie for top honours at the global event.
"We welcome the NMDC Ltd. to the world of international hockey. Their coming on board only reinforces my faith in the fact that the sport is not going unnoticed in India and both private and public bodies are coming forward to help the growth of hockey in the country," HI president Narinder Batra said.
