Singer-songwriter Olly Murs, who shares a damaged relationship with his brother Ben, says his conscience is clear in the matter. But he hopes they get back on track.

Their relationship got spoilt because Olly missed his twin brother's wedding while on the "X Factor". Ben then described Olly as a "self-obsessed sellout" and said he never wanted to speak to him again.

While talking about his estranged brother, Murs has now said: "I'm fine about it because my conscience is clear. My brother's the one who decided he didn't want to be a part of my life, so there's nothing I can do about it."

"He made that decision and he has to live with it. He doesn't want to be a part of my life or my mum and dad's. My family tried everything to stay in contact with him and he wasn't interested.

"It's unfortunate that I now live my life without my brother with me. But hopefully time will be a healer and it will be sorted out in the future," Olly told the Sunday Post, reports mirror.co.uk

The 30-year-old openly spoke about his feud with his brother Ben and previously said their relationship was so damaged he'd "probably want a fight".

Olly found fame while appearing on the "X Factor" in 2009 and has continued to have a hugely successful career since.
