American socialite and TV celebrity Rob Kardashian has reportedly been sued for assaulting a photographer and stealing her camera equipments.
Photographer Andra Vaik said Rob snatched the memory card out of her camera and claims he did so as she took shirtless pictures of him.
"While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that (Rob) Kardashian's violent behaviour and his use of force towards Vaik was completely unjustified," tmz.com reported the photographer's lawyer as saying.
In his defence, Rob said he was upset because the photographer trespassed into his personal space.
