The areas identified by the two sides include management development programmes for senior and middle level executives of in the areas of leadership development, strategic management and competency development.
Faculty for these programmes will be from the Lucknow IIM, industry experts and experts from abroad.
An innovative area of collaboration, an IIM spokesperson said, would be jointly exploring international assignments in the area of capacity building, institution development, training and development programmes.
Rajendra Singh, executive director, human resources, signed the MoU on behalf of the powergrid.
