President Pranab Mukherjee will embark on a three-day visit to West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar from Saturday.
In Kolkata, he will attend the 52nd convocation of the Indian Institute of Management-Calcutta (IIM-C) on Saturday.
On Sunday, he is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of Rabindra Bhawan and Haj House in Ranchi in Jharkhand.
Also in Jharkhand, he will inaugurate the 44-km Deoghar-Basukinath Solar Street Light Project, lay the foundation stone of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Centre, Employees State Insurance Corp Hospital and Driver's Training Centres in Deoghar district.
Mukherjee will visit the Vikramshila University monuments and museum at Vikramshila in Bihar on Monday and the Guru Shyama Charan Lahiri Peeth before returning to Delhi.
