Robinho has expressed his desire to win silverware with his new club Guangzhou Evergrande.
The Brazil international forward signed a six-month deal with the Chinese Super League club last week after parting ways with Santos in June, reported Xinhua news agency.
He joins compatriots Elkeson, Ricardo Goulart, Alan, Rene Junior and Paulinho in the squad of Brazil's 2002 World Cup winning coach Luiz Felipe Scolari.
"There are a lot of Brazilians here so that will make it easier to adapt," the 31-year-old was quoted as saying by Sambafoot.
"It is a big challenge for me to come to the Chinese Super League. I have high expectations for myself and I hope I can help my new club win championships. Guangzhou Evergrande is a very unique club."
Robinho played his first match for Evergrande on Wednesdsay, helping the team defeat Bayern Munich on penalties.
