The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused a plea seeking court-monitored probe into the alleged leakage of the NEET-II question papers in Uttarakhand.
Refusing to step in, the bench of Justice Anil R. Dave and Justice L. Nageswara Rao said that the matter was being investigated by the state police.
Refusing to call for the status report on the investigation on Friday, the bench permitted the petitioner to approach the Uttarakhand High Court if there was fresh material in support of his contention.
