The hotelier said the project at Dubai will have 296 rooms, iclub rooms, 16 junior suites and 15 luxury Suites with panoramic views of Burj Khalifa, dancing fountains and the Dubai Mall.
The hotel will offer Peruvian themed cuisine for lunch and dinner and an international breakfast within a glass and metal conservatory area.
"We are delighted to enhance the nobility of Indian heritage and hospitality in one of the world's most vibrant cities," the company said in a statement.
Besides the club house and luxury suites, the project will also have a wellness centre and spa.
