"A drone attack was conducted by a coalition forces in Loka Sang area in Obe district of Herat province at around midnight. Up to 15 militants, including a senior Taliban leader named Abdul Rahman Maldar, were killed," Xinhua reported citing the spokesman of the Afghan Army Corps, Najebullah Najebi.
