Tennis: Robredo in Swedish Open semis

Spanish tennis player Tommy Robredo advanced to the semi-finals of the Swedish Open after beating Frenchman Paul-Henri Mathieu 6-3, 6-3 in one hour and 17 minutes here on Friday.

Robredo achieved 53 percent of first serve effectiveness, hit seven aces and saved five balls out of five break chances, reports Efe.

Robredo will be playing the semi-final against Germany's Alexander Zverev.
