Known for his well-toned body, Hrithik Roshan feels being healthy is more important than having six-pack abs or starving oneself.
"The best body is the body, which you are happy with. If you are not happy about it, then it's not ideal... Whether it is a six-pack or not, if you are healthy and fit, then you will always be happy," Hrithik told reporters at a book launch here Wednesday.
Don't starve yourself to say fit, he further suggested.
"Everyone thinks it is tough to make a body, but it is not tough. I have eaten eight meals today and I have learned you don't need to starve yourself. We have conditioned ourselves to believe that to have a good body, we need to sacrifice ourselves," he said.
