Filmmaker Prakash Jha, who is almost ready with his film "Satyagraha", may release the film's trailer at Jantar Mantar in the capital.

Most of the the sit-ins and hunger strikes in Delhi are staged at Jantar Mantar. As Jha's film is a political thriller capturing the current mood of the country, Jantar Mantar could be the ideal place to unveil the trailer.

Featuring Amitabh Bachchan, whose character is said to be modelled on activist Anna Hazaare, along with Arjun Rampal, Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Rao, the film is set for a Aug 23 release.

A source close to the film said: "Yes, the trailer of 'Satyagraha' will be launched at Jantar Mantar. However, the logistics are being finalised considering the fact that it's a government area. We are planning to launch the trailer at Jantar Mantar and then have an event in Delhi."

While 95 percent of the film has been shot in Bhopal, the rest of it will be canned in Mumbai.
