Two persons have been arrested for running a racket promising government jobs, police said on Tuesday.
Ajeet Singh, 30, and Vimal Kumar, 29, were arrested on August 6 at Sansad Marg, for cheating more than 50 job aspirants from West Bengal and a few from northern states, said Additional Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Ajit Kumar Singla.
Police has recovered from their possession fake appointment letters of the Railways and Food Corporation of India, academic documents of many victims, a fake identity card of the Railway Union and a pen-drive containing the format of the appointment letters.
