Swachh Bharat Checklist, co-authored by entrepreneur Pavan Choudary, was launched at the fair. As for why one needed that book, she said Delhi was not "
nai Dilli (New Delhi)" but "
gandi Dilli (dirty Delhi)", which needed to be cleaned up fast.
