There is a whiff of a Cabinet reshuffle again in the air. According to some in the know, one of the entrants to the Modi Cabinet could be National General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party Ram Madhav. The question is, who would he replace? While the numbers of senior ministers is likely to be left untouched, some changes at the level of ministers of state are expected. As things stand, some, like Jitendra Singh and Mahesh Sharma, hold more than one portfolio.
