Laptops for lordships

Judges of the Supreme Court are to be given Apple Mac laptops. Presumably, their lordships are computer-savvy, something which cannot be said about a vast majority of MPs who, though provided laptops, still remain computer-illiterate.

Indeed, a vast majority of MPs fail to return their laptops at the end of their parliamentary terms.
