Letters: Rigged prices?

If the electricity regulator in Delhi is correct, then BSES has played a gigantic fraud on the people of Delhi. The regulator has alleged BSES gave lucrative contracts to a sister company and at a higher price; a higher price that, under normal circumstances, the people of Delhi will have to pay for through higher electricity tariffs. The regulator was alert and prevented this.
